As required by the automotive industry and its quality systems, Sa-ba seeks the following conditions in its supplier candidates:
- Minimum ISO:9001 Quality System and update certificate

- Approval of general purchase agreement
(See QF.62 General Purchase Agreement)
- Throughout the entire business relations; inspection of systems and processes, OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and production cost analysis, productivity and quality competence audits and analysis, to be regularly monitored by Sa-ba authorities.
- In addition to on-site checks and verification inspections, supplier performance evaluations for 6 month periods.
Performance measurement with accumulation PPM and shipment rates, as per Sa-ba quality system.

- Suppliers' consideration of performance-enhancing recommendations in continuous development and change.
- Conformity to product quality, total performance rate, process performance and process competence expectations in Sa-ba Purchase Quality Targets, which are reviewed every January.
