Sa-ba started its operations on the way to Total Quality, at its plant in Beylikdüzü in the year 2000; has certified the importance it attaches to quality and the environment with ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System certification and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification. As it moved to its Tuzla plant in the year 2007, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications were received again, and Ford Q1 certification was included in our system. All our processes directed to the significance and protection of information was taken under control as well, by obtaining ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification in the year 2012.
We link the acquisitions of the system certifications that we have today to the performance of successful work that was put forth by the teams which participated in every process. While our FORD customer approval Q1, Renault - ASES, Renault Laboratory approval, Autoliv - ASDP, Volkswagen -FORMAL Q , our Logistics and Design approvals that underwent again, Volkswagen inspection process, in addition to the system certifications that we obtained via our team which targets success, carry us to our objectives for 2020; it is also possible for us to measure our accomplishments with the awards received, successes gained and the customers that entered our portfolio along them.
Total Quality Management is not an objective in our company, rather, it is perceived as a way of living, and applied carefully at every stage of our production and development activities. The competition environment that we stand within in automotive sector requires the existence of effective processes which adopt customer satisfaction adapted to performance management, as principle. In this direction, our processes are our sources which guide our employees in our efforts to achieve Total Quality.
Directed to our company objectives; evaluating our employees' ideas, increasing their competences with trainings to be given, and ensuring effective continuity of processes to have the works they do correct and completed in one time are the confident steps that we take on the way to Total Quality. Therefore; team spirit is at the forefront in all the activities within our firm, valuable ideas of our employees are taken as input for the development of our company with our Individual Proposal System, and our continuous improvement activities continue in a planned way as a result of evaluating the ideas at periodical meetings.
Helping our suppliers raise their quality levels is also a part of our company's Total Quality concept. Therefore our suppliers' trainings are included in the process of improving suppliers; we encourage them to be a link in this chain via the works, which are directed to realizing our objectives and which we do in our visits to suppliers, and via the examples that we exhibit.
Targeting Total Quality, exerting effort to reach our objectives are the primary duties of each employee in the family of Sa-ba.
With our climatic chamber that can operate combined and our vibratory device, which we integrated into the body of our laboratory in the year 2013, we have made our laboratory more equipped in a way that we will carry out tests in accordance with automotive specifications, in line with customer expectations within our own body.
